Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals across various disciplines. Conduct comprehensive interviews and screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for healthcare roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements. Provide exceptional candidate experience, guiding them through the hiring process. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and workforce planning. Stay informed about current trends and challenges within the healthcare industry. Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the healthcare sector. Solid understanding of medical terminology, healthcare roles, and industry standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and healthcare-specific recruitment tools. Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
