Job summary

e-Rele is seeking a driven leader to own the Venthub listening service end to end from Sandton, Johannesburg. The role is hybrid, full-time, reporting to the CEO, and focuses on strategy, pricing, and crisis protocols to ensure high-quality listening services.

You will guide the Venthub team, uphold safety standards, and drive growth while navigating commercial and operational priorities in a sensitive mental-health context.

Qualifications

• Commercial and operational ability.
• Relevant qualification advantageous.
