Job summary

e-Rele in Sandton is seeking an experienced Operations lead to strengthen the backbone of our marketplace platform. You will oversee provider onboarding, manage the customer support function, and drive quality assurance to improve service delivery.

In this role you’ll build scalable processes, lead cross-functional teams, and shape operational strategy in a fast-paced startup environment in Gauteng. Hybrid work arrangement supports collaboration with the CEO and broader leadership.

Lead the operational backbone of e-Rele, overseeing provider onboarding, customer support and quality assurance.
