Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Head of Student Enrolments to lead a large-scale enrolments function, driving growth, efficiency and conversion. You will steer targets, coach managers and leverage data, CRM, and BI to optimise performance.

This role requires a strong track record in data-driven leadership, with experience in targeting, process improvements, and technology adoption to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a data-driven environment.
• Proven success in high-pressure, target-driven settings.
• Experience leading large teams and coaching managers.
• Strong grasp of sales KPIs and performance management.
• Experience with CRM, telephony, BI and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance and strategic direction of the Student Enrolments function.
• Drive enrolment targets, conversion rates and productivity.
• Analyse performance data, dashboards and reporting to find trends and improvements.
• Coach and develop Managers, Team Leaders and enrolment teams.
• Optimise processes and implement scalable operational practices.
• Oversee CRM, telephony, BI, automation, AI and related tech.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Drive adoption of new systems, processes and technologies across the function.
• Contribute to product positioning and market opportunities.
