• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency with event management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and operational execution of all sports events, from conception to post-event evaluation.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, scheduling, staffing, transportation, and accommodation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive event security and risk management plans.
• Lead and motivate the event operations team, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance management.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, suppliers, government agencies, and volunteers.
