Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Paid Media to lead the paid search and SEO function across multifamily, B2B and technical clients. You will own channel strategy, budget decisions, and overall performance outcomes, while analysts execute campaigns under your leadership.

You will define audits, reporting quality, attribution practices, and client communications, and you will drive hiring and interview processes to scale the department as client demand grows.

Qualificações

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience managing agency accounts with multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality standards for audits and reporting and hold specialists to it.
• Drive client results and ensure reporting integrity, including attribution accuracy.
• Lead escalation when accounts are at risk and speak with clients.
• Lead hiring plans and conduct first-round interviews for the team.
