This hybrid role requires a leader who can effectively manage on-site production and operations while maintaining strategic oversight and team collaboration through remote channels when necessary. You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, managing supply chains, and driving operational efficiency to meet production targets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in manufacturing operations management, lean principles, and supply chain logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Manage the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, preferably automotive.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, quality control, and production planning.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing operational budgets and resources effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with significant time spent on-site in East London .
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
