This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain, from sourcing raw materials and components to managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
