About the Role

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of industrial components, is seeking a comprehensive Operations Manager to oversee both their manufacturing and distribution functions in East London, Eastern Cape . This role requires a candidate with a broad operational skill set, capable of integrating and optimizing processes across the entire value chain, from production to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and logistics, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for managing plant operations, warehouse management, transportation, and ensuring seamless coordination between these critical areas. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
