Placements24 is seeking a Head of Operations for an established automotive parts manufacturer in East London. This hybrid role requires on-site leadership with the ability to coordinate remotely to drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in manufacturing operations, 5+ years in senior leadership, and a strong background in lean, Six Sigma, and CI to optimize productivity and safety.

• 10+ years in operations management in manufacturing (prefer automotive).
• 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing manufacturing operations.
• Experience implementing lean, Six Sigma or CI methodologies.
