• Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks, promoting a strong safety culture among team members.
• Manage resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to ensure optimal utilization.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on operational procedures and safety best practices.
