Placements24 is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to drive company-wide operational efficiency from a remote location. The role involves shaping and implementing strategies that enhance quality, productivity, and effectiveness across global operations, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management or continuous improvement roles with Lean Six Sigma.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or equivalent advanced certification.
• Proven track record of leading significant operational improvement projects.
• Experience managing remote teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial services is preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company-wide operational excellence strategy.
• Implement and champion Lean Six Sigma to drive process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Conduct operational assessments and identify enhancements across manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery.
• Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence principles and tools.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Benchmark best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage projects related to operational transformations and improvements.
• Report on status and impact of initiatives to senior leadership.
