Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment seeks a Head of Marketing for a permanent management role based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will lead the marketing strategy for premium wine brands and drive campaigns across local and international markets.

The role requires substantial senior marketing experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the SA wine industry, with travel to farms and international markets. Based in Stellenbosch, this is a senior, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ senior marketing experience.
• Experience within premium wine, hospitality, premium consumer goods or B2B brand building preferred.
• Strong portfolio and brand management experience.
• Deep understanding of the South African wine industry, provenance and terroir.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international markets.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Strong people leadership and team management experience.
