Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Head of Internal Product, Systems & Creative Operations based in South Africa. The role leads an internal product and operations function within a global creative agency network, transforming operations into a product-driven discipline.

You will design intuitive systems and tools, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with founders and developers, and explore AI-powered workflows. This remote position offers ownership and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, product design, or creative operations.
• Experience building and improving internal tools, workflows, or digital products in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience leading or developing a small team with clear direction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user experience focus.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal product and creative operations function and establish processes.
• Gather requests, prioritize initiatives, and assign ownership across teams.
• Design, build, and continually improve internal tools and workflows.
• Apply product management to agency operations for intuitive systems.
• Standardize processes across the agency network while tailoring where needed.
• Oversee lifecycle of internal products from discovery to optimization.
• Establish feedback loops and evaluate how teams use internal systems.
• Collaborate with founders to define strategic direction and scalable framework.
• Leverage AI thoughtfully to improve workflows and efficiency.
