Network Recruitment seeks an Analytics and Reporting Lead to drive business performance through advanced analytics, reporting, and insight generation. You will lead a data-driven function critical to strategic decisions, commercial performance, and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on BI capability across data analytics and reporting platforms within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (IT, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics) required.
• Minimum 6 years of analytics, reporting or BI experience, with 3–4 years in leadership.
• Experience delivering BI and reporting solutions in a financial services or data-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of analytics and reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into insights, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Ensure accuracy, governance, and integrity of analytics outputs.
• Oversee data extraction, validation, transformation, and preparation for reporting.
• Partner with business, finance, risk, technology and data teams to deliver insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
