Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an executive leader to drive insights, analytics, and client enablement across the organisation. The role focuses on AI-driven predictive analytics, business intelligence, and high-impact executive reporting.

You will develop client scorecards and performance frameworks, oversee quality assurance and workforce optimisation, and build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key clients to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 8+ years' experience in Collections Strategy, BI, or Operational Analytics.
• 3+ years in senior/leadership roles.
• Experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and clients.
• Exposure to AI, automation, predictive analytics, BI, and reporting.
• Experience leading QA frameworks and workforce optimisation.
• Understanding of collections campaigns, dialler strategies, and client scorecards.
• Experience across full credit lifecycle: pre-delinquency to rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Insights & Client Enablement function with strategic direction across analytics, reporting, quality, and performance.
• Drive AI-enabled predictive analytics and executive reporting capabilities.
• Develop and optimise client scorecards and commercial interventions.
• Lead workforce optimisation and quality assurance initiatives.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and clients, translating data into actionable insights.
• Drive reporting automation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Identify performance opportunities across the collections lifecycle using analytics.
• Lead and develop analytics and client enablement teams.
