Network Recruitment is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and commercial insights in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on translating business challenges into actionable insights, building scalable dashboards, and governing KPIs to improve performance across functions. It requires leadership of analytics teams and strong BI, SQL, and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience within analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data environments.
• At least 3-4 years' experience leading analytics teams in financial services or related industry.
• Experience with Data Visualisation and SQL.
• Strong SQL, Business Intelligence, and data visualisation expertise.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics strategy by translating business challenges into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Develop and oversee scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and management information tools.
• Establish and govern KPIs, scorecards, and reporting cadences to track and improve business performance.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-led recommendations.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of analytical outputs and reporting processes.
• Lead and mentor analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the enhancement of data collection processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Partner with technology teams to embed analytics into business planning, prioritisation, and commercial decision-making
