Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in content and/or SEO with leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Proven editorial leadership across multiple brands.
• Strong analytics with GA4, Google Search Console.

Aufgaben

• Set discoverability strategy across content and SEO.
• Lead Content Lead and SEO Lead and develop their teams.
• Own the editorial strategy and calendar aligned to priorities.
• Make sure programme and school content ranks in search and AI-generated answers.
• Drive technical SEO priorities with Marketing Operations and web team.
• Develop thought leadership content with academics and senior leaders.
• Set and protect brand voice and content standards across brands.
• Work with Performance team on landing page content and paid+organic search.
• Introduce AI tools into content production with quality controls.
• Measure and report organic performance by business unit.
