With strong cost control, inventory skills, and leadership experience, you will collaborate with clients to design bespoke catering solutions and contribute to the business’s growth in Limpopo.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive culinary experience, including 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role.
• Formal culinary education from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
• Exceptional culinary skills and creativity with strong presentation.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and financial planning.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays in Polokwane.
