Formación

• Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution or equivalent extensive professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in high-end catering or fine dining, with at least 4 years in an Executive Chef or Head Chef role.
• Demonstrated culinary creativity across cuisines and techniques.
• Proven experience in menu development, costing, and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health regulations.
