Job summary

Peopleworth seeks a hands-on Property Maintenance Invigilator to support a portfolio of commercial properties. The role requires inspecting sites, identifying issues, and coordinating repairs across multiple locations with practical judgement.

Ideal candidates will have maintenance experience, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s licence to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated practical experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Basic plumbing knowledge to identify leaks and minor repairs.
• Ability to identify electrical or lighting issues and refer to professionals.
• Experience coordinating contractors and quotations, tracking repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Assess issues, determine causes, and prioritise work by urgency and impact.
• Complete minor repairs on doors, locks, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings.
• Address basic plumbing issues where safe and appropriate.
• Coordinate contractors, obtain quotations, and track completion of repairs.
