Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance — Conduct regular site visits across multiple properties to ensure standards are maintained
• Minor Repairs — Handle minor breakdowns, basic repairs, and general maintenance tasks personally
• Contractor Coordination — Liaise with electricians, plumbers, builders, security providers, and other service teams
• Quality Checks — Ensure all work completed by contractors meets required standards
• Site Readiness — Ensure properties remain clean, safe, functional, and presentable
• Problem Solving — Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
• Operational Support — Assist with tenant queries and on-site operational matters
• Travel Between Sites — Move between multiple properties daily (valid driver’s licence required)

• Property / Facilities Experience — Experience in property supervision, facilities maintenance, or commercial property operations

• Contractor Management — Experience coordinating service providers and ensuring quality workmanship

• Communication Skills — Strong interpersonal and communication ability

• Problem‑Solving — Ability to identify issues and resolve them quickly

• Driver’s Licence — Valid driver’s licence required

• Reliability — Must be dependable, punctual, and accountable
