Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, focusing on paid acquisition channels.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and generate reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align performance marketing with business goals.
