Job summary

Cape Coast Group in Hout Bay is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant to our Security Manager to oversee and coordinate security operations for our organisation. You will manage a security team, conduct risk assessments, monitor CCTV and access systems, and report on incidents while training staff on security awareness.

You will coordinate with police and emergency services as needed and ensure our personnel, assets, and facilities are protected through vigilant leadership and proactive

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in security or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security crisis protocols, security systems and surveillance technologies.
• Proactive leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• PSIRA A Grade certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff and operations.
