Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in security/loss prevention or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major with 2 years experience in security/loss prevention or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Engineering in administering fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness.
• Conducts hazard and risk assessments including OSHA/SAFETY audits and incident tracking.
• Develops detailed shutdown procedures to ensure areas are secured on time.
• Oversees loss prevention operations including patrols, emergency response and investigations.
• Monitors safety procedures and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Leads and trains staff to maintain high standards of customer service and security.
