Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated Risk and Security Officer for our Montague Gardens Distribution Centre in Cape Town. You will work under the Finance and Risk Manager to ensure health and safety compliance and oversee security and loss prevention within the DC.

Key duties include managing security SLAs, conducting risk investigations, and developing safety programs to minimize theft and injuries, while ensuring accurate reporting and continual improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security service levels and supplier contracts.
• Conduct risk investigations and implement loss prevention measures.
• Develop and monitor H&S programs in line with OHSA and local standards.
• Ensure timely reporting of results and corrective actions.
• Manage CCTV systems and related security services.
