• Experience with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and information requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service across departments.
• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Support the guest services team to ensure smooth guest journeys.
