Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver excellent guest experiences at the property, handling front desk duties and payments with a strong emphasis on service quality. You will assist guests, manage reservations, and ensure the lobby and back-office areas meet brand standards.

The role requires proficiency with a property management system, English communication, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and complete daily front office paperwork.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues with courtesy and professionalism.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and report issues as required.
