The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality, strong budgeting and admin skills, and a hands-on, customer-focused approach. Willingness to work weekends and long hours is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Professional Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years' relevant hospitality experience.
• Experience managing bookings, events, suppliers and hospitality staff.
• Experience in cost control and hospitality administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Gender Links Cottages.
• Ensure warm, professional and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and general upkeep of the facility.
• Monitor occupancy, bookings and room availability.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate conferences, meetings, functions and other events hosted at the Cottages.
• Ensure the facility consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, service and presentation.
