Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking an energetic Hospitality Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise front-of-house teams, manage service standards, and support ongoing staff development.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a passion for teamwork, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Growth and long-term career opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience in a supervisor or similar role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for customer service and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Support the senior management team with daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Supervise and support FOH teams (waiters, hosts, bar staff, etc.).
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain service standards and help drive team performance.
• Assist with staff training, rostering, and team communication.
• Monitor cleanliness, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to smooth opening and closing procedures.
