The Autograph Collection is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellman at Melrose Arch in Johannesburg. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, arrange valet parking, and coordinate rooming and transportation while representing the brand voice.

Provide information on amenities and local attractions, promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollments, and maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality. You’ll work with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout shifts.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a welcoming style and assist with luggage and escorting as needed.
• Assist with valet parking, group luggage, and coordinating transportation
• Provide information on property amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Promote and assist with Marriott Bonvoy enrollments to enhance guest loyalty.
• Maintain professional appearance and ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
