HyDe Johannesburg Rosebank is seeking a Bell Person to deliver professional front-office support, offload/load luggage, and manage hotel transportation with care and safety standards. You will assist guests, coordinate vehicle packing, and maintain equipment and mini-bar stock as part of a luxury hospitality team.

The role collaborates with Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure timely transportation and courteous service for guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Completed Grade 12 education.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or customer-related role.
• Competence in operating different types of passenger vehicles.
• Ability to provide logistics and transportation service in a highly formal environment.

Responsabilités

• Offload and load guest luggage.
• Complete Luggage sheet for luggage kept by the hotel for guests.
• Takes charge of vehicle packing procedure ensuring safety and balance.
• Handle all equipment and ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to all service requests.
• Ensure transportation services are delivered on time and to standards.
