Qualifications

• Optometry practice experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to oversee and drive sales.
• Experience with managing people.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage the financial performance of the practice.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Experience analysing financial reports, budgets and profitability.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Ability to implement strategies to restore and grow revenue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent patient experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
