Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a Practice Manager for the George area to oversee sales, staff, and financial performance for an optometry practice. The role requires leadership, customer focus, and a hands-on approach to grow revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of managerial experience, be fluent in Afrikaans and English, and be willing to work retail hours including weekends. A neat, professional appearance and a valid RSA license are advantageous.
