• 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth-led environments

• Experience in fintech, lending, or SME-focused businesses is preferred

Design and scale lifecycle journeys and structured engagement frameworks that drive awareness, trust, application intent, and measurable application pipeline growth among SME owners. Build and expand the direct-to-consumer SME lending channel by establishing foundational lifecycle growth mechanics before focusing on optimisation. Develop authority-led and proof-based communications suited to high-consideration SME funding decisions. Lead the full utilisation of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, translating business objectives into clearly defined lifecycle use cases. Scope, architect, and deploy scalable automated flows with internal teams and external implementation partners, ensuring builds are modular, measurable, and future proofed. Partner with data and automation teams to define behavioural signals, improve CRM instrumentation, strengthen addressability and segmentation, and establish measurement frameworks focused on expansion and growth. Lead and develop the CLM execution team, including technical and design capabilities, while providing clear prioritisation and structured delivery pipelines. Collaborate with performance marketing, operations, and product stakeholders to drive lifecycle growth and provide leadership on growth mechanics and value drivers. Prioritise channel expansion, structural growth, audience reach, and engagement velocity while establishing scalable experimentation practices suited to SME lending.
