Job summary

The Skills Mine is seeking a senior lifecycle marketing and CRM leader to design scalable growth frameworks using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating business needs into technical marketing builds for SME-focused lending. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth-led environments
• Experience building or scaling growth frameworks in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Translating business requirements into technical marketing builds
• Experience working with implementation agencies and data teams
• Experience in fintech, lending, or SME-focused businesses is preferred
• Proficiency in AI and data analytics
• Strong understanding of CRM-led growth and lifecycle marketing
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong commercial and growth-focused thinking

Responsibilities

• Design and scale lifecycle journeys and structured engagement frameworks for SME owners
• Build and expand the D2C SME lending channel with foundational lifecycle growth mechanics
• Develop authority-led communications for high-consideration SME funding decisions
• Lead Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to translate objectives into lifecycle use cases
• Scope, architect, and deploy scalable automated flows with internal teams and partners
• Define behavioural signals and measurement frameworks with data teams
• Lead and develop the CLM execution team with prioritised delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product to drive lifecycle growth
• Prioritise channel expansion and experimentation practices for SME lending
