Job summary

Valenture Institute is seeking a Growth Manager to own the end-to-end growth for a new occupational qualification offering. You will define how students discover, engage, apply and enroll, working with data, tech, and sales to shape the funnel and outcomes.

Lead paid and organic acquisition, set benchmarks, and implement lifecycle marketing with modern tools. This is a hands-on builder role in a fast-moving EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing with budget ownership.
• Hands-on marketing automation with CRM workflows; HubSpot preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paid media; ability to lead end-to-end funnel.
• Experience owning a sales/conversion function and revenue outcomes.
• Practical AI fluency in marketing; able to apply it to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation across paid and organic channels.
• Manage budget, channel mix and ROI accountability.
• Lead funnel optimization from first click to enrolment.
• Build nurture programs across email and messaging channels.
• Collaborate with sales, data and tech to drive outcomes.
• Define tracking, attribution and performance reporting.
