Job summary

NGL — Next Generation Learning is seeking an Enterprise Growth Lead to build the enterprise function from the ground up. Remote role with Cape Town preference, reporting to Growth & AI Enablement Director.

Role spans commercial, operational and strategic work to scale enterprise enrollments. You will own the pipeline end-to-end, triage leads, prepare proposals, coordinate discovery calls, and collaborate with Learning Design, Course Delivery, and Product to shape offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise sales pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to triage leads and qualify for enterprise treatment.
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline from inbound inquiry to close.
• Qualify leads and determine enterprise treatment.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate discovery calls.
• Collaborate with Learning Design, Course Delivery and Product.
• Document scalable playbooks and processes.
• Leverage AI to draft communications and analyze data.
