Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in banking or financial services with FAIS qualifications and advisory roles.
• Proven track record of crossing selling and upselling banking products.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and develop/execute sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients.
• Act on demand in a one-and-done manner within FAIS parameters to open accounts and process banking activities.
