OUTsurance is expanding its broker network in Bloemfontein. The role focuses on growing a book of short-term insurance by selling personal and commercial lines to new business prospects.

You will need strong external sales experience, client relationship skills, and a proactive mindset to drive revenue. The position requires a self-starter with a business acumen, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors.
• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (DOFA) and RE5 (DOFA) are required depending on DOFA date.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• Sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.
