OUTsurance is seeking a motivated Broker tied agent to grow and develop our business insurance book. You will build relationships, prospect new clients and sell personal and commercial lines. A 6-week training program and supportive team environment are provided to accelerate your success.

The ideal candidate has external sales experience, FAIS/RE5 credentials where applicable, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Own vehicle and valid license are required for field work.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors.
• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (DOFA) and RE5 may be required depending on appointment date.

Aufgaben

• Grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• Sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team and report to the Regional Manager.
