Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will build relationships, present solutions, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, with an office-based role that transitions to hybrid after probation.

Qualifications

• Essential: Grade 12 / Matric.
• Preferred: Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers across target markets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct market and prospect research to understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Qualify leads and convert opportunities into new business.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition effectively.
• Develop tailored proposals and sales strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding of new customers and manage relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support growth.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements as required.
