BeingIT® | Crisper is seeking a commercially driven Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion Manager to lead its digital launch and growth efforts. This hands-on role focuses on generating quality leads and converting them into paying customers, with responsibilities spanning campaign creation, content coordination, audience targeting and ROI analysis.

You will own the lead lifecycle from initial contact to sale, respond promptly across channels, and report on performance.

Qualifications

Commercially driven with focus on generating real business.
Confident and persuasive communication with potential customers.
Strong in digital marketing, lead generation and/or sales.
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
Analytical and able to interpret campaign and sales performance.
Proactive, customer-focused and accountable for results.
Comfortable using CRM or lead-management systems.
Experience working with external marketing agencies or service providers.

Responsibilities

Launch and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid advertising.
Coordinate with external marketing and design partners for campaigns and content.
Develop digital marketing strategies, audiences, messaging and CTAs.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and ROI; identify improvements.
Own incoming leads from digital campaigns and respond promptly to inquiries.
Qualify leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
