Qualifications
- Degree or BTech in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in B2B technical, engineering, or industrial sales.
- At least 3 years’ experience leading a commercial, sales, or business development function.
- Experience selling technical, engineered, or industrial products and solutions.
- Strong track record in new business development and key account management.
- Proven commercial negotiation, pricing, and tender management experience.
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and commercial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and business development strategy.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Strengthen strategic customer relationships and key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and framework agreements.
- Oversee tendering, estimating and bid management.
- Identify and develop new service, solution, and recurring revenue opportunities.
- Drive commercial reporting, market intelligence, and disciplined CRM usage.
