Responsibilities

• Drive overall sales strategy and ensure company sales targets are met.
• Guide and mentor Business Developers on contract negotiations, client deal structuring, and closing tactics.
• Source large, high-quality leads and manage strategic relationships.
• Ensure SOP compliance and improve divisional efficiencies.
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team.
