Responsibilities

• Branch Management: monitor branch performance, growth, expenses and compliance.
• Implement and manage sales/marketing plans to improve branch results.
• Oversee collections, 87%+ rate, and daily/weekly reporting.
• People management: motivate staff, coach and coordinate with Area Managers.
• Ensure policy adherence, risk controls and staff training.
