Job summary

Mr Price Group Limited is seeking a Store Manager for Power Fashion Alberton City in Gauteng. You will lead a team to maximize sales, control stock loss, and manage store administration while upholding company policies and standards.

The role requires Matric/Grade 12, 2 years in store management, and strong business English skills. You will be responsible for staff training, customer service excellence, and maintaining store operations in line with policy and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12, Mathematics an advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role preferably in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent business English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and control expenses to meet business targets.
• Achieve and/or exceed the required targets that are set out for the store.
• Use store resources effectively to maintain productivity.
• Maintain knowledge of stock and management of policies and procedures.
• Act as custodian of all company policies and procedures to ensure standards are met.
• Train and manage all staff.
• Maintain company culture by treating staff with respect and professionalism.
• Ensure customer interactions deliver above-average service and satisfaction.
• Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene meet relevant laws and company standards.
