Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a commercially minded Growth Manager to drive regional growth strategies and unlock new opportunities in digital banking and wallet services. You will collaborate across Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Marketing to build scalable growth engines and measurable revenue outcomes.

The role focuses on identifying untapped channels, testing new acquisition methods, and delivering cost-efficient, high-impact growth initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth, Acquisition, Digital, or Product Growth roles.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, wallets or related digital services.
• Proven success in acquiring customers and driving sales.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that drive sales growth.
• Identify and unlock new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, activation and retention.
• Leverage digital, community, referral, partnership, influencer, and alternative channels to acquire customers cost-effectively.
• Use data and customer insights to optimize performance and scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Marketing teams to accelerate growth.
• Build business cases and growth plans that deliver measurable commercial impact.
