5+ years in Growth, Acquisition, Digital, or Product Growth roles.
Experience in fintech or digital banking environments.
Proven track record of acquiring customers and increasing sales.
Strong data-driven decision making.
Experience scaling growth funnels and improving conversion.

Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that drive sales growth.
Identify and unlock new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
