PPS is seeking a Growth Team entry role to provide technical and analytical support, enabling adviser engagement, preparing quotes, and driving growth. You will identify upsell opportunities, train advisers and staff, and foster practical uptake of glu solutions while maintaining accurate analysis and responsiveness across interactions.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Degree: BCom, BCom Investments, BCom Financial Planning, CFP, BCom Data Analytics, CA, CFA.
• Postgraduate qualification in any of the fields above (preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial services.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Intermediate Excel; attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Act as the eyes and ears of the Growth Team by identifying challenges affecting adviser experience or business growth.
• Capture and share feedback with Product, Underwriting, and relevant internal teams on adviser needs and market trends.
• Help win adviser support by ensuring every interaction, process improvement, and service response makes it simpler and faster to do business with glu, while consistently adding value.
• Lead adviser support activities and training to drive adoption of glu solutions.
• Provide reports and data to support adviser conversations and growth targets.
